Plain terms for a small product. The privacy policy covers data, and it is the more detailed of the two.

Who you are dealing with

GhostCoach is run by Jordan Eaks as a sole proprietorship, at 11807 Allisonville Rd. # 550, Fishers, IN 46038, United States. There is no company between you and that person. Contact: support@ghostcoach.pro.

What you may do with it

Install and use GhostCoach on machines you control, for practising games. A membership is for one person; it is not a site licence and not a team seat.

What you upload and download

You keep ownership of footage you record. Publishing a clip to the community catalogue grants us the right to store and distribute that clip within GhostCoach, and you confirm it is yours to publish — the application records that confirmation at the time you make it. Clips you download from the catalogue are for your own practice.

We remove material on a credible copyright complaint. Write to support@ghostcoach.pro with enough detail to identify the clip.

Coaching sessions

A session is a direct connection between two people. What is said and shown in one is between them: we do not record it and could not produce it later. You are responsible for who you invite.

Games, and their rules

GhostCoach draws an overlay on top of a game. Whether any given game permits that is between you and that game's publisher — anti-cheat systems differ, they change without notice, and we cannot promise any of them will treat an overlay as acceptable. The application says this before it draws anything. Read that screen. The risk of a ban is yours and it is real.

Billing

Memberships renew until cancelled. Cancellation and refund terms are on the pricing page and form part of these terms.

What we do not promise

The software is provided as it is. It is in active development, it will have bugs, and we do not warrant that it is fit for any particular purpose or that it will keep working with any particular game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — and if your jurisdiction gives you rights these terms appear to remove, you keep those rights.

Ending it

You can stop using GhostCoach at any time and delete your account from inside the application, which erases what we hold. We may suspend an account being used to distribute material somebody else owns, or to abuse other users.

Changes

These terms change when the product does. Material changes are announced by email to the address on the account, and the application re-asks for consent when what it does with your data changes.

Law

Indiana law, United States. This is not a document drafted by a lawyer; it is an honest description of the arrangement, and where it is silent the law fills the gap rather than we do.
