Copyright and takedowns
If something in the community catalogue is yours and should not be there, this is how to say so — and who it reaches.

What to send
Email is the fastest route and the one that gets read. To be effective under §512(c)(3), a notice needs:
- Your signature — physical or electronic.
- What work you say was infringed.
- Which clip, specifically enough that we can find it. A link or the clip's title and the creator's name is plenty.
- How to reach you: address, phone, email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
You do not need a lawyer to write one, and we would rather have an informal email that identifies the clip than no email at all. A notice missing some of the above still reaches a person.
What happens then
A clip that is the subject of a credible notice comes down, and the person who published it is told what was claimed and by whom. Every clip in the catalogue carries the attestation its uploader agreed to at the time, stored as the words they actually saw, so there is a record of what was claimed about each one.
If you published a clip that was removed and you believe that was wrong, reply to the same address. A counter-notice is your route, and it puts your name and address in front of the person who complained — which is worth knowing before you send one.
Accounts that repeatedly publish other people's footage are closed. That is not a threat so much as a requirement: a service that does not have a repeat infringer policy does not have a safe harbour either.
This is not the address for everything else
Support, refunds, privacy requests and anything that is not a copyright claim: support@ghostcoach.pro. Both reach the same person, but keeping them apart means a takedown is never sitting behind a question about installing the app.
